The 3200 machine is a 6-pocket continuous motion machine. Fixed steel deflectors are standard, but can be replaced with powered star wheels as an option. Can handling is done with quick disconnect, anti-static can guides and star wheels. The machine comes with a safety enclosure with interlocks and is intended to run at a maximum of 180 parts per minute.
The 3400 machine is a 12-pocket continuous motion machine with infeed and outfeed powered star wheels, a 5 cubic foot hopper, and an adjustable vibrator plate assembly. Can handling is done with quick disconnect, anti-static can guides and star wheels. The machine comes with a safety enclosure with interlocks and is intended to run at a maximum of 450 parts per minute.
The 4200 machine is 6-pocket continuous motion machine built from the same base machine as a 3250 Machine. Can handling is done with quick disconnect, anti-static can guides and star wheels. The machine comes with a safety enclosure with interlocks and is intended to run at a maximum of 180 parts per minute.
The 4400 machine is a 12-pocket continuous motion overcapper machine built from the same base machine as a 3400 Machine. It has a rotary can track along with infeed and outfeed powered star wheels.
