Haumiller Aerosol Service and Replacement Tooling
Service
Our service rates are $75.00 per hour “Travel” time, and $105.00 per hour “In Plant” time. Travel time is defined as time from when the service technician departs his home, Haumiller, or hotel for travel to your plant, and from the time he departs your plant for travel to his home, Haumiller, or hotel. “In Plant” time is defined as the time from when the service technician arrives at your plant, until the time he departs your plant each day. Travel expenses are billed at cost.
We are best able to prepare with a 1 week advance notice for service visits, however emergency service can be set up most anytime, with a service technician frequently dispatched within hours of request.
Training
Our goal is to have our machines be transparent to your production. Accordingly, we offer free training for your operators and / or mechanics on any of our Standard Products at our Elgin, IL headquarters. Training sessions typically last for ½ day, and are performed with your Change Parts when you can supply them. Alternatively, we always have sample Change Parts on the shelf for training when required. Standard training for Tip Applicator Machines is shown below.
