Haumiller has outstanding customer service that includes providing quick turnaround on new tooling or for spare parts while providing installation and service when required.Our main goal is to meet our customer’s needs while exceeding their expectations.

Our Testing Procedures provide the added security for new product start-ups for your new actuator & overcap change parts by our special two stage testing process.

• Stage One – We test our actuator change parts for one half hour of continuous dial pickup without any jams or part mis-orientation. Our testers will monitor the automation process by using a high-speed camera at up to 1000 frames per second to observe the actuator or cap pickup.
• Stage Two – We will test the actuator application by running 250 aerosol cans or containers through a re-circulating conveyor system in order to verify to proper application process.
• If a problem arises in either of these stages, our testers will evaluate each situation while using additional proven problem solving techniques that involve our thirty years of automation experience to find a solution while documenting the new changes.

Guarantees:

• All equipment is guaranteed against defective workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment from our facility. The guarantee on the purchased components is limited to the guarantees provided by the respective manufacturers.

No Cost, In House Training:

• Haumiller provides this special service on any our standard machinery and change part tooling. We would need at least one business week notice for this training.
