Haumiller implemented a comprehensive aerosol automation upgrade featuring our proven overcapper, valve placer, and spray tip applicator machines. The integrated line was designed for maximum uptime and minimal maintenance.
The project included:
Haumiller 4400 Overcapper for high-speed cap placement at 450 parts per minute. Haumiller 5200 Valve Placer with Bag-On-Valve compatibility. Integrated line controls with real-time production monitoring. Comprehensive training and ongoing support program.
Within 18 months of implementation, Chem-Pak achieved a 35% reduction in per-unit costs. The new equipment's reliability dramatically reduced unplanned downtime, and the increased capacity allowed them to take on new customer contracts they previously couldn't service.
